Activate your subscription to start receiving qualified leads to your inbox. We use sophisticated and targeted advertising campaigns to drive high-value traffic to the Agent Scout website. This traffic is converted into quality leads for our Elite Agents. All our plans provide unlimited leads and 15 ZIP codes.
Visit your profile page to enter the ZIP codes that cover your service area. You may add up to 15 ZIP codes at a time. Larger service areas will capture more leads. You will receive real-time email notifications from no-reply@agent-scout.com for all future leads that are collected within your service area.
When a new lead is posted, simply follow the link in your email notification to claim it for yourself. The first agent that claims the lead is granted exclusive access to the full contact information. We recommend adding no-reply@agent-scout.com to your safe-sender list to avoid missing notifications when new leads are captured.
Frequently Asked Questions
This is a great question! Once Agent Scout has a lead for your chosen ZIP code, an alert will go out by email to all agents that have this ZIP code within their service area. This email contains a link that you must follow to claim the lead. The first agent to claim the lead receives the contact information, and the client receives the winning agent’s information. Leads are exclusive to the first agent that responds. No other agent gets the lead information... UNLESS the client goes back to Agent Scout and inputs their information again to request a different agent. Your job as the Agent is to educate them and win them over.
All our leads are generated through targeted marketing to clients searching for:

- Information on home buying or selling

We use various means to “capture” the potential client’s information and we have a separate classification depending on how we have captured the. Please see below for a explanation of each classification.
- Priority HOT Lead – This lead has completed our online survey in its entirety and is looking for an agent NOW! Hot Leads are about QUALITY not QUANTITY! This lead should be contacted immediately by any means available.
- HOT Lead – This type of lead has visited our website, but they have not fully completed our survey. However, we have captured the potential client’s information which allows you a jump start on making contact. This lead usually has a high response rate to emails and most times calls as well. These leads can be nurtured fairly easily into a client status.
- Just Browsing – These leads are captured through a combination of targeted advertising, IP fingerprinting, and artificial intelligence. This evolving technology allows us to capture potential leads much earlier than our competitors. This allows you the opportunity to reach a potential client in the earliest stages of home buying or selling. In most cases, these leads do not know where to begin. These leads are great for drip campaigns for your CRM to build your sphere. These leads are more about QUANTITY over QUALITY.
That depends on the market. In general, we try to limit the saturation of agents to 10 or under per ZIP code as a rule of thumb. This allows all agents a fair chance at receiving leads.
Absolutely 100% NO! There are no hidden fees or anything due at closing. You choose your payment method at the time of sign up, and that’s it! Your subscription is one flat monthly rate regardless of how many leads you receive.
Agent Scout is owned and operated by Real Brain Technology, Inc. We opened in 2019 and Incorporated in the State of Ohio in 2020. Our founder, Kim Lewis, is a licensed REALTOR® in Ohio, and she owns several offices. Kim was tired of seeing her agents treated as an ATM machine by the competitors, so she decided to find a better way for all agents that was not only cost effective, but allowed the agent full control and ownership over the leads they receive.
No, unfortunately we do not. Our platform is so cost effective that to keep our fees low, we all take the good with the bad. Look at it this way, if you close just 1 lead on a $100,000 sale, you have made more than what our service will cost you for three years of use!
That depends on the market you are in. We heavily advertise in the markets and states we have agents in through all forms of Media including Social Media, Search Engines like Google and Bing, YouTube, and more. However, our goal is to get you as many as possible.
Some are – we also work with a National Lender. When we receive leads that specify they are not pre-approved, those clients are immediately put in touch with our lender partner to get them pre-approved.
That 100% depends on you! If you are an aggressive agent with great follow-up, you will have much higher conversion rate than one that isn’t. We do not track your lead – you own it! How you handle your clients and leads will have a direct effect on your conversion rate.
Never! We don’t have one – the lead is yours! So is any resulting referral that comes from a lead you receive from Agent Scout!
You may choose up to 15 ZIP codes (if they are available). You may only choose ZIP codes in states that you are licensed in. For example, you could be licensed in three states and chose 5 ZIP codes in each state – your fee is still the same!
NO! Agent Scout does employ REALTORS® and Real Estate Agents. However, this is our policy: If you work for us, you cannot use our lead service! Plain and Simple, we do not compete with our agents.
There are a multitude of reasons a client chooses one site over another, and we can’t possibly list all those reasons here. However, we make sure the consumer knows we are Real Estate Agents, and we are not just looking to make a quick buck. We strive to give our clients great service while allowing them to maintain anonymity and not be inundated with unwanted calls, texts, and emails.

NO! The agreement is between us and the agent, and we do not charge any type of referral fee. That means your leads belong to you, not the Brokerage you work for!
